Next Rehearsal/Schedule.  Saturday, February 12, 2:00 call Ellen will be available tomorrow and Sunday to make sewing alterations (THANK YOU!) We will work Buenos Aires, Rolling on in, Rainbow High, Rainbow Tour, Tango Dancers, 1000 stars.  (some of this will be simultaneous)  Jim, you are called at 2:30 kids at 3:30.  Want to start the run at 5:15 at latest.  May need to grab pizza and work at same time.  Want to have pizza here, at 4:15.  Sunday, February 13, 12:30 call This will be about running the show twice, we will have an hour and a half break around four.  We will then return at 6:30 and run the show.

Set Can you guys make us truncheons? 2. Need to reweight and look at baton 2 Need to troubleshoot the coffin.  Perhaps we should lengthen the chains and then just dress them so as not to have to remove the chains at all? Can we put furniture sliders on the bottoms of the theatre seats? Need a door and fabric in window Turn Table got stuck on SR stairs, can we please look at tomorrow??? Can we screw the platforms stage left to each other and to floor? Can we put a lip on edge of platforms so people can feel before they fall? Mary Ellen—scenes we need the curtains for Cinema, Night Club, "backstage" of charity concert, bedroom w/just door showing, dressing room. Casa Rosada drop, needs reweighted, elongated, and stabilized, also needs magnets in door, the middle chain needs to be shortened.   Bed needs to be shortened still Cliff/Ron, masking for the wings?  Can't use the triangles, one and two will get caught in them?

Costumes Costume pick up is Saturday; sign up for a time, one person per slot. The address is 150 Texas Ave Ste 205 Round Rock, TX 78664 Reminder, please make sure you don't have costumes out, if so, you will not get costumes on Saturday.  Info that you will need for tomorrow's costume pick up.  Deposit and mailing address and driver's license # and date of birth.
