General Really good runs today folks, thanks all for your work, your patience, and your improvements.  Happy Valentines Day tomorrow and please take care of yourselves! Act One was 54 min Act two was 55 min

Next Rehearsal/Schedule.  Tuesday February 14th, 2011 6:30 call   Run through with tech and costumes

Set Need to reweight and look at baton 2 add one weight please 2nd step up SL Need to troubleshoot the coffin.  Perhaps we should lengthen the chains and then just dress them so as not to have to remove the chains at all? Thanks Ron, that works well. Can we put furniture sliders on the bottoms of the theatre seats? Need a door and fabric in windows (Casa Rosada as well) Can we screw the platforms stage left to each other and to floor? Can we put a lip on edge of platforms so people can feel before they fall? Mary Ellen—scenes we need the curtains for Cinema, Night Club, "backstage" of charity concert, bedroom w/just door showing, dressing room. Casa Rosada drop, needs reweighted, elongated, and stabilized, also needs magnets in door, the middle chain needs to be shortened.  Casa Rosada drop needs more dimension, it isn't as grand as the rest of set  Bed needs to be shortened still Cliff/Ron, masking for the wings?  Can't use the triangles, one and two will get caught in them? Fold over the SL leg masking can you check the stair treads?  The screws are breaking so the actual tread is weeble wobbly Escape stairs SR Thicker black on the SR wings side Need luan/skin around the circle platforms The paint is looking very brown under lights Need the real rails for stairs.  Didn't get the floor painted tonight, Mary Ellen and Cliff will tomorrow night

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Can you teach me/Robin how to start up/shut down projector RON, we need six new mics, 4 ASAP, two by performance. We have one and a half cases of batteries may need to order soonish.
